Tasting Notes
Appearance: pale salmon pink with brilliant highlights.
Nose: elegant and expressive, with aromas of white peach, grapefruit, citrus fruits, wild strawberry, white flowers and Mediterranean herbs.
Palate: broad, silky and beautifully balanced. Fresh fruit flavors are supported by vibrant minerality and subtle salinity, leading to a long and refined finish.

The vineyards are planted on schist, sandstone and clay soils close to the Mediterranean coastline. The maritime influence preserves freshness while the terroir provides exceptional depth and elegance.
Winemaking & Aging
The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted. Part of the wine is fermented and aged in oak while the remainder is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.
This meticulous approach results in a rosé with remarkable texture, balance and aging potential.
