Languedoc - Côtes Catalanes - White Wine -Château de L’Ou wine, this 2020 vintage of Infiniment de l'Ou Blanc is a wine made from a 100% Chardonnay.
Developed in the heights of the Agly Valley on shale and granite soils. Since 2012, the entire production process, from grapes to wine, has also been governed by European regulations, so it's an "organic wine".
