Château Dassault 2011
Bordeaux - Saint-Émilion - Red Wine -Château Dassault 2011 is a Grand Cru Classé from Saint Emilion. This Bordeaux wine is made from a blend of 80% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
The dress of this 2011 vintage is intense purple color, almost black. Its nose reveals a bouquet of black fruit, fruity and greedy with hints of honey. The palate is tender, smooth and complex with a harmonious oakiness and aromas of blueberries, acacia flowers and camphor. This excellent wine from Château Dassault has a structure full of elegance and finesse.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open the bottle 1h to 2h before tasting to allow the wine time to aerate. This 2011 vintage will go perfectly with a cheese platter.
