Tasting Notes
Appearance: pale pink with bright reflections, typical of premium Provence rosé wines.
Nose: elegant and aromatic with fresh red berries (strawberry, raspberry), citrus notes, peach and delicate floral hints.
Palate: dry, smooth and refreshing with a silky texture. Flavors of red berries and citrus lead to a balanced, mineral and persistent finish.
Blend & Terroir
Whispering Angel 2025 is crafted from classic Mediterranean grape varieties including Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle (Vermentino). The grapes come from selected vineyards across the Côtes de Provence region, where the Mediterranean climate provides ideal conditions for producing elegant rosé wines.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested, often during the night, to preserve freshness. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain aromatic purity and crisp fruit expression.
