To the eye, the color is purple with purple reflections
On the nose, ripe black fruits emerge, blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry, then Oaky and liquorice notes.
On the palate, the attack is frank, very fruity, associated with a good length with a lot of freshness.
Blend: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc
50% aging in new barrels.
The advice of 12bouteilles: If you like young, fruity and crunchy wines, do not hesitate to taste this bottle without delay. Decant the bottle at least 6 hours before, serve the wine chilled around 18°C. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
