Château Corbin 2018

Bordeaux - Saint-Émilion - Cru Classé - Red Wine -

Château Corbin Grand Cru Classé, one of the oldest properties in Saint-Emilion. Built in the mid-19th century, Corbin was acquired in 1924 by the great-grandparents of the current owners, Annabelle Cruse-Bardinet and her husband Emmanuel Bardinet. Château Corbin 2018 is a magnificent bottle of the Saint-Emilion appellation.

Tasting notes :

Color: a dark and intense red color.

Nose : Fine and subtle with intense notes of licorice and raspberry.

The palate: Tasty with tension, the wine develops fleshy on a nice fruity structure for a long finish.

The advice of 12 bottles: Do not hesitate to decant it 1 hour before serving it with a stewed meat, it will be a perfect match.
