Bordeaux - Pomerol - Red Wine -Château 2020 is a great wine, a perfect balance between red fruits, tannic structure and final richness.
To the eye, the color is ruby red, almost black
On the nose, a blend of black fruits and spices emerges, followed by woody and vanilla aromas
On the palate, the attack is straightforward, round, fruity and harmonious, finishing with powerful tannins. Crunchy fruit.
Assemblage : 80% Merlot, 20% .
Maturation : 80% in new French oak Futs, 20% of one wine for 16 months.
The 12bottle tip : Decant the bottle at least 6 hours before tasting, serve the wine chilled around 16-18°c. It will go perfectly with red meats, game and cheese platters.
In the Pomerol appellation , you can also enjoy Chateaux Nénin, Petit Village, la Conseillante, Vieux Chateau Certan, the gospel, Gazin, Lafleur, Beauregard.
