Château Clerc Milon 2019

Bordeaux - Pauillac - 5e Cru Classé - Red Wine -

In this 2019 vintage, Château Clerc Milon is a wine that presents a good balance between acidity, a guarantee of long aging, richness of fruit with silky tannins.
The color is intense red with purple reflections.
The nose is first fruity with aromas of black fruits such as cherry, then chocolate and roasted notes appear and finally vanilla touches.
In the mouth, the attack is of a beautiful freshness with a great length. The red fruits dominate the tannins.

The blend of this 2019 vintage is composed of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.

The advice of 12bouteilles: A vintage that will wait in your cellar, we recommend that you decant it at least 3 hours before tasting so that it releases all its aromas. Serve it chilled around 17°C with meat, game or a platter of strong cheeses.
