The nose is very fruity with lots of freshness, on the palate the wine is long with spicy aromas then silky tannins, the whole is a perfect balance between fruity Merlots and well expressive Cabernet Franc.
The wine is magnificent, but only 6% of the estate is produced;
The blend for the 2020 vintage is 41% Merlot, 59% Cabernet Franc.
The 12bottle tip : A bottle that can wait for many years in your cellar. If you should get the urge to taste it, open the bottle at least 2 hours before serving. It will go wonderfully with meat, game and poultry.
