Dark and shiny burgundy color. The nose is clean and straight, with notes of fresh rose, cherry and black pepper. The attack is frank, the palate is creamy and stays on a silky structure. The finish is very persistent and tasty.
A very fine vintage, well balanced, with aging potential until 2022.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Decant the wine at least 1 hour before and serve it at 17 ° C.
