Château Cambon la Pelouse 2011
Bordeaux - Haut Médoc - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -This 2011 vintage Château Cambon la Pelouse is a Haut Médoc cru Bourgeois. A very nice Bordeaux wine.
This wine is excellent value for money in the Haut-Médoc appellation. One can be assured of its quality in view of the notes that it received from the critics, the magazine Decanter gives him the note of 16/20, Wine Spectator gives him the note of 88/100 and the critic Robert Parker the 87/100 rating. He also won the silver medal at the Paris agricultural competition in 2014!
Château Cambon la Pelouse 2011 is a red wine, composed of 50% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot and aged for 12 to 15 months in oak barrels.
Its robe is deep red, its nose of black berries and spices leaves a woody point. This wine has a fleshy mouth, ripe and firm tannins, it can be goal now or be kept a few years in the cellar.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open one hour before serving and serve at 17 ° C, this wine will go perfectly with a Bordeaux-style lamprey, a lamb navarin or a matured cheese plate.
