This 2017 vintage comes from a blend of 50% de Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% de Merlot, 4% de Petit Verdot et 1% de Cabernet Franc, grown at 45 hectoliters per hectare, between 18 September and 3 October.
Château Beychevelle 2017 is presented in a very deep purple dress. A bouquet of ripe red fruits dominates the olfaction. The purity of the fruit, the refinement of tannins and an elegant woody touch mingle to provide a silky mouth.
As in 2016, the new vat has highlighted the quality of the harvest. Each plot was thus able to express its own identity in perfectly adapted vats.
At the end of the vinification, no less than eighty cuvées were ready to be assembled to give birth to Château Beychevelle 2017.
Château Beychevelle 2017 is the harmonious marriage of the elegance and precision of our Cabernets and the generosity and roundness of our Merlots.
