Château Beychevelle 2016
Bordeaux - Saint-Julien - 4e Cru Classé - Red Wine -Château Beychevelle 2016, 4th cru classé is a red wine from Château Beychevelle in Saint-Julien, which is located at the extreme south-east of the appellation in Gironde.
This Primeur wine is made from a blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc grapes grown at 45 hectoliters per hectare between October 3rd and 18th. October.
The dress of this vintage 2016 is dark red and intense with purple highlights. Its nose is a very pure bouquet and perfumed with black cherries, Cassius, cedar and moist limestone. On the palate, it is initially discreet with very fine tannins, extremely symmetrical. The finish is fresh and long, full of energy.
A refined and elegant red Saint-Julien that, considering the proportion of Merlot, resembles a right-bank wine.
This 2016 vintage is already a great wine, applauded by the most renowned tasters!
