Bordeaux - Pomerol - 2nd Wine - Red Wine -Croix de Beauregard 2019 is a wine that we really liked, a gourmet and generous Pomerol for immediate pleasure.
The wine is balanced with silky tannins, a nice freshness and crunchy fruits.
To the eye, the dress is an intense red color with purple reflections.
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blackcurrant, cherry, then woody and vanilla notes.
On the palate, the attack is frank, very fruity, associated with a nice freshness then a nice harmonious length.
Croix de Beauregard comes from young vines grown organically and from strict plot selections.
Blend: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc
Ageing: Short in barrels of one wine.

The advice of 12bouteilles: Decant the bottle at least 2 hours before, serve the wine chilled around 18°c. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
