Château Ausone 2011

Bordeaux - Saint-Émilion - 1er Cru Classé - Red Wine -

The Vauthier family owns Château Ausone, the prestigious first Grand Cru Classé of Saint Emilion.

The team of 12bouteilles.com offers you this 2011 vintage which according to critic Robert Parker "the most beautiful success of Alain Vauthier". Very beautiful intense purple color, its nose reveals aromas of black fruits and some floral notes. On the palate, the wine is fleshy, voluminous, silky tannins, beautiful length, balance is perfect.

This 2011 vintage is a marvel, you can consume it now, however it is a very good wine guard, it will flourish over time, you can keep it for thirty years.

The advice of 12bouteilles: aerate the wine in a carafe 1 hour before tasting between 17-18 °, it will only be better. Will be perfect with red or white meat.
