This Cuvée by Adriana from Maison Tsarine has very fine, delicate bubbles, an amber color with a dazzling shine, a lively nose with notes of apricot and peach completed by notes of orange blossom. A beautiful freshness and a lot of elegance in the mouth, full and structured, the mouth is tasty, the finish unctuous.
Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Meunier and 22% Pinot Noir, dosed at 4 grams per litre.
This Cuvée Millésimé 2016 from Maison Tsarine has a robe with pale gold reflections, an expressive nose with notes of apricot, peach completed by notes of brioche on a background of roasted scents. A beautiful freshness and a lot of elegance on the palate, ample and structured, aromas of lemons and citrus fruits mingle with those of white peach and currants.
