Jacquesson Cuvée 743 D.T. is a rare and elegant interpretation of the 2015 vintage from one of Champagne’s most respected houses. The term Late Disgorgement refers to extended lees aging, enhancing complexity, texture and depth in this extraordinary cuvée.
Appearance: deep golden hue with amber reflections, very fine and steady bubbles.
Nose: aromas of toasted almonds, honey, dried fruits and brioche, evolving towards truffle and subtle smokiness.
Palate: broad and silky texture, perfectly balanced acidity, harmony between richness and tension. The finish is long, mineral and saline, showing exceptional maturity and precision.
Primarily based on the 2015 harvest, complemented by reserve wines from previous cuvées (742–735). Vinified in large oak casks, naturally fermented, unfiltered. Aged for nearly eight years on the lees before late disgorgement in 2024. Extra Brut dosage (~1.5 g/L) preserves purity and balance.
A true gastronomic Champagne, pairing beautifully with roasted lobster, truffled poultry, seared foie gras or aged hard cheeses. Serve at 9–11 °C in a tulip glass.
A Champagne of remarkable refinement. Open or decant 30 minutes before serving to let the aromas fully bloom. Cellaring potential: 10 to 15 years, or more under proper storage.
