Jacquesson Cuvée 748 continues the legacy of the Maison’s numbered cuvées, representing precision, purity and depth. Based mainly on the 2020 harvest, it reflects Jacquesson’s commitment to terroir-driven Champagne with exceptional tension and elegance.
Appearance: pale gold with silvery highlights, fine and steady mousse.
Nose: refined and complex, revealing white flowers, dried fruits, ripe citrus and chalky minerality.
Palate: vibrant yet creamy texture, balancing freshness and depth. Lemon zest and orchard fruits lead to a long, mineral and saline finish – a hallmark of Jacquesson’s style.
69 % from the 2020 vintage, blended with reserve wines from 2019 and 2018. A composition of 61 % Chardonnay, 21 % Pinot Noir and 18 % Pinot Meunier. Partial vinification in large oak casks, natural malolactic fermentation and very low dosage (~1.5 g/L). Extra Brut Champagne of outstanding precision and purity.
Perfect as an aperitif or with scallop carpaccio, grilled white fish, roast poultry or aged hard cheeses. Serve at 9 – 10 °C.
A connoisseur’s Champagne : dry, racy and of crystalline precision. Enjoy now for its vibrant freshness or age 5 – 7 years for greater depth. Serve in a tulip glass rather than a flute to capture its full aromatic range.
