Tasting notes - Champagne Jacquesson 740 late disgorgement.
The robe : deep gold
The nose : subtle brioche and floral notes
The palate: of a remarkable finesse and an impressive power, the mouth is tense and mineral. As often in 2012 in the great Champagne houses, the wines are fresh, precise and of a remarkable quality
About the 2012 vintage:
2012, the winter was cold and long, the spring and early summer were very rainy and there were strong attacks of mildew. But the superb end of the season allowed a harvest of small yields but remarkable quality.
The advice from 12bouteilles: Serve chilled at 10°C - a great gastronomy champagne for a great Champagne dinner
