Champagne Henri Giraud Multivintage 2016 AŸ GRAND CRU
Champagne - Champagne - Grand Cru - Brut -The MV16 AŸ Grand Cru from Maison Henri Giraud is a great Champagne, aged in oak barrels from the Argonne forest. "MV: for Multi Vintage", this cuvée is mostly made from the 2016 vintage to which are added juices from the Solera system dating from 1990.
The house wants to promote its champagnes, with the watchwords: use of the original grape varieties, small yields and small containers. Production is therefore very limited with 30,000 bottles in total for this MV16.
Tasting note:
The dress: Sublime golden dress
The nose: gourmet notes of fruit (mandarin, apricot, peach), mixed with very beautiful floral notes, sometimes even spicy.
The palate: Ample, creamy, delicious, perfectly balanced, the bubble is of great finesse.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Aperitif, smoked salmon, foie gras, seafood, noble fish, poultry.
