This Bret Nat is a natural white organic sparkling wine, 100% Chardonnay produced by Bret Brothers & La Soufrandière. It is made from beautiful ripe organic Chardonnay grapes. They are then slowly pressed for 3 hours. Then the juice is settled for 24 hours in the cold. The alcoholic fermentation will occur naturally as the juice warms up. When about 20g/l of sugar remains, the team proceeds to the bottling and the corking. Fermentation then continues in the bottle and produces beautiful sparkling bubbles. At the end of spring, the bottles are stirred and put on "points", then disgorged and finally recapped in order to obtain a magnificent natural sparkling wine!

The robe: golden yellow
The nose: lemony, apple and light floral notes
The palate: fine bubbles, fresh attack, we find apple and lemon notes
The advice of 12bouteilles: To be served around 10-12°C, this natural sparkling wine is ideal for the aperitif!
The Domaines BRET BROTHERS & La Soufrandière are great wines of Burgundy qualified as Bourgogne Haut Couture by amateurs and professionals. Domaine La Soufrandière is located in Vinzelles, in the South of Burgundy in the Mâconnais, all the vines are between 33 and 80 years old and beautifully situated. Since taking over the domain in 2000, the domain uses organic and biodynamic agriculture and is certified since 2006.
