Facing south-east, in the middle of a clay-limestone hill. The soil is plowed and all the work in the vineyard is done by hand so as not to compact the soil. This great white wine is made from a 100% Chardonnay organic demeter grape.
Tasting note:
With a yellow robe and a nose with mineral and tangy notes. There is a nice balance in the mouth with a complex finish.
The advice of 12bouteilles : A great wine that will go perfectly with white meat or a fruity dessert. Serve chilled around 15 ° C.
