Champagne Bollinger PN TX17
Champagne - Champagne - Brut -The Code PN TX 17 of this Champagne Bollinger, cuvée means that it is a Pinot noir from the Cru Tauxières blended with base wines from the 2017 vintage.
It is therefore a blend of several crus having for main Tauxières, associated with other villages of the Montagne de Reims like Avenay or Verzenay.
A dress with subtle golden reflections
The nose releases notes of dried flowers, to which are added aromas of tobacco and mocha. Licorice and dried fruits complete this evolved, discreet and complex nose.
The mouth, the attack is fruity, notes of apricot, peach, exotic fruits followed by flavors of acacia honey, fresh walnuts and spices. A nice salinity completes the acidity of this wine. A finish on red fruits, blackcurrant cream and surprising notes of citrus peel. A lively wine, straight, very clean and in contrast with the nose.
The blend is made from 2017 associated with older wines from reserve magnums, the oldest of which dates from 2006.
Its maturation time is twice as long as the rules of the Appellation. Its dosage is very low: only 4 grams per litre.
Blend: 100% Pinot Noir
