Champagne Bollinger B13 Blanc de Noirs Brut 2013
Champagne - Champagne - Brut -B13 is a great Champagne from the Maison Bollinger, Blanc de Noirs made from different wines from the 2013 vintage.
Only truly extraordinary years have the privilege of being vintage at Bollinger, this Champagne B13 is made from grapes coming exclusively from the vineyards of the Montagne de Reims.
The blend of this B13 comes from 5 crus, 92% of which are Grands Crus and 8% Premier Crus.
This B13 Blancs de Noirs 2013 100% Pinot Noir has been aged for 7 years on lees, the dosage is very low, only 6 grams per liter.
To the eye: A dress adorned with golden highlights.
On the nose: Rich and complex. On opening, notes of ripe fruit, fruit jellies and almond paste are complemented by aromas of mirabelle plum and vine peach.
On the palate: The elegance of the fruit combines with its delicacy: flavors of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin are marked by a singularity of a chiseled and mineral Pinot Noir with notes of citrus and candied lemon . A velvety persistence on the palate with a saline note on the finish.
The advice of 12bouteilles: To highlight its unique style and its aromas, we advise you to serve B13 between 8 and 10 ° C. You can taste B13 now, or choose to let it develop in the cellar.
