Numanthia 2017

D.O. Toro - Red Wine -

Numanthia in the 2017 vintage is a fresh wine with red fruit aromas that characterise this vintage wonderfully.

The Color: A beautiful sparkling red with ruby reflections.
The nose: Reveals notes of red fruit, cinnamon, spices with a touch of undergrowth and mint. A fresh and expressive wine.
On the palate: One finds firmness, amplitude and a magnificent balance. Its freshness gives length to the supple tannins. Notes of red fruits, spices and mineral aromas bring complexity and elegance. Finally the finish is soft and long with a mentholated and fruity touch.

Based in the north of SpainBodega Numanthia is a true emblem of the wines of the Toro appellation. It produces three expressions of a single grape variety, Tinta de Toro, a native and rare variety known as "the blackest of the black grapes" and renowned for its concentration, balanced tannins and elegant notes.

The advice of 12bouteilles : Accompany this wonderful wine with a nice piece of red meat. Serve at 16°-18°C
