Red Wine -Ao Yun is a vineyard located at the foot of the Himalayas, the very first, and is made from vines located at an altitude of over 2000m in the heart of four small villages Sinong, Xidang, Shuori and Adong. Owned by the LVMH group, this top-of-the-range Chinese wine expresses harmony, elegance and complexity, characteristic of the terroir between concentration with freshness and soft, dense tannins with a long, salty mineral finish. This Ao Yun 2016 is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Petit Verdot used for the first time to bring complexity and elegance.
