The color is an intense ruby red with deep purple highlights.
The nose exudes intense notes of black fruits, aromas of blackberries and blackcurrants, with balsamic notes of fresh mint and myrtle. The bouquet is complemented by refined spicy aromas of white pepper, toasted cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
The palate is rich and full-bodied, with silky, velvety, and vibrant tannins that lend a long finish and a lingering aftertaste where the toasted notes reappear and accentuate the finish.
