Blend :
Almaviva 2019 is made from a blend of cabernet sauvignon (68%), carménère (23%), cabernet franc (5%), petit verdot (3%) and merlot (1%), the aging is carried out for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
Tasting note:
The color: a pretty dark ruby color, deep and opaque.
The nose: is pure and concentrated, revealing delicate and clear aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and wild strawberries, associated with fine notes of tobacco, liquorice and coffee.
The mouth: an exceptional amplitude and balance, a pulpy texture, lively acidity, a broad structure and a persistence.
