Crafted in the Bessa Valley in southern Bulgaria, Enira is a standout wine that reflects the purity of its environment. Located between rolling hills and the Rhodope Mountains at 230 meters altitude, the vineyards benefit from a continental climate moderated by the nearby Maritsa River. The combination of clay-limestone soils and ideal exposure fosters slow, balanced grape maturation, which is essential for creating wines with structure, minerality, and depth.

The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted to ensure top quality fruit. A slow 30-day fermentation process allows optimal aroma and tannin extraction. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, a third of which are renewed yearly to preserve finesse while introducing subtle notes of vanilla, spice, and toast that enhance, without overpowering, the fruit.

On the nose, Enira is rich with ripe red fruit aromas, hints of cherry, plum, and soft leather. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, featuring fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a lingering finish.
