Established in 1935, Viu Manent stands as one of Chile’s most prestigious wineries. Founded by Miguel Viu García and his sons, the estate took a significant step forward in 1966 with the acquisition of the San Carlos de Cunaco vineyard in Colchagua Valley, one of the oldest wine-growing areas in Chile. Since then, the Viu family has focused on producing wines that combine heritage, innovation, and terroir expression.

With over 150 hectares of vines planted with noble French varietals – including Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah – Viu Manent crafts elegant wines using sustainable and precise viticultural practices. Their white wines, such as Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, are sourced from cooler regions like Leyda and Casablanca, ensuring vibrant freshness and expressive aromas.

Operating across three unique vineyards (San Carlos, La Capilla, and El Olivar Alto), the estate embraces site-specific vinification and a meticulous approach led by renowned winemaker Grant Phelps. His influence has helped the estate reach global acclaim for its consistently high-quality wines.
