Château Gloria was created by Henri Martin in 1942. Year after year, he bought parcels from exclusively large clus classified in 1855. Today the 50-hectare estate is run by Jean Louis Triaud and his family. The wine is considered among the great wines of Saint Julien, being neither classified nor bourgeois. The grape variety is composed of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot. The manual harvesting and the traditional vinification make wines generous, full and elegant. Gloria Castle is always an excellent value for money.
