Grand Cru Classé of Saint Emilion of 15 hectares, Château Chauvin was bought in 2014 by the family Cazes and Pierre and François Régimbeau. A restructuring operation of the viticultural methods and the production of the wines was carried out. The average 30-year-old vines are 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
