We love Château Balestard le Tonelle 2008 for its wide range of aromas. This Saint Emilion Grand Cru is true to its reputation. We find a wine filled with fruit typical of Merlot. The 2008 vintage is ready to drink and will, after an hour in carafe, reveal beautiful aromas and will blend perfectly with a soft cheese but without much character.
