The Château Cos Labory is a 5th Classified Growth of Saint Estèphe in the Médoc by the 1855 classification. It has this special name for two reasons: first, from the name of the family of its owner until the end of the 19th century, The other part is taken from the name of the hill on which the Castle and its vineyards are located, the rump of Cos.
